i have a 2000 cadillac deville and it wont turn over but i replaced battery and starter

all the electrical stuff works but will not crank over had after market alarm and was drivin and i went in store cam out wouldnt start they said it was the aftermarket alarm so i had it removed and it just clicks under the dash and wont turn over but i replaced battery and starter and the relay

you have to find out why ignition key power is not getting to starter. whoever removed may be able to help?
