Got a flat and ever since thhey changed my front passenger tire when I hit 70 mph my service traction system comes in along with the abs light brake lites and a dingin nosie happens and wont stop. Why is this?

rust may be the culprit here getting on sensor or sensor wheel have a pro look at it.
