2002 Buick Rendezvous RPM only up to 3000

My buick rendezvous has poor idle. While I press the accelerator steady almost to the floor, rpm needle rises up to 3500 rpm and it stalls back to 3000, and climb again only to 3500. Like it's choking. And while running, very poor. Thanks very much for any help you can give to me.

As far as mechanical issues, Poor idle is usually a leak of some kind, Maybe a vacuum leak--egr leak something of that nature. You can clean the throttle body and idle air system, see if it helps?

A problem under load is usually a restriction of some kind, air--fuel--exhaust, something of that nature. Any applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.

How long since a tune-up? I'm not sure if you have a rev limiter or not? If so, the rev limit may be around 4K rpms.

Thank you very much. I'll try it. So far I've clean throttle body only, didn't clean the iac and egr and didnt check there is vacuum leak. Engine check not light but when I used a scanner it did register Po103 code. I just have it tuned up last week and still have the problem.
