2002 Buick Regal Heat Only Works On Drivers Side Car Checked Dual Control

Heat only works on drivers side of car. checked dual control for passenger side and that is set on warmest setting. Is this an easy fix?

I don't know if anyone would consider it easy but it sounds like a problem with either the blend door itself or the blend door actuator for that side.
