when Im driving it does not have any power to go very fast. its fine if Im going slow, 20 miles an hour. it sounds like it is strugling. it idles fine

CHeck to see if the catalytic converter is plugging. Also, check to make sure the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs.
