2002 buick regal climate control vents wont work

air vent wont change from windshield to floor. all air is coming out dashboard vents, very little coming out for windshield when windshield button is pushed.

when you select floor the heater defrost actuator gets vacuum thru the red line pulling winsdheild vent door closed and opening floor vent door. sounds like you have a non/poorly functioning actuator or linkage or vacuum problem.
