2002 Buick Century Hears Two Issues 1 M Driving On Highway Changing Into Left

hears my two issues. 1. When I'm driving on the highway and I'm changing into left lane there's a rubbing sound in the front right tire. It doesn't do it to ether tires when changing into my right lane. 2. When the cars on but stopped or in park the cars running rough and is vibrating also when it's in park and you turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left the vibration becomes louder then when you stop turning the wheel the vibration goes back to a light vibration.

have your blet and tensioner checked, reccomended rplacement is 60k have frotn wheel bearings and axles checked
