2002 Buick Century Electrical issues

I have 3 issues which may or may not be related. The odometer and gear shift indicator lights don't light up. The heater/ac fan only operates on "high" and my cd player doesn't work. Also, the low coolant light stays on even though the system is full.

I tmay be the coolant sensor in the reservoir that is bad and check to see if resistor for heater is working or not probably not or the switch is bad. for the cd have aradio shp look at that check fuse for light in dash then see if the yellowwire leading to cluster is getting ower if it is may be a bad dash or bcm
