2002 Buick Century cooling system

I see that my fans don't come on; it's leaking on the side on driver side I also see that it's leaking where the gaskets are I just change the water pump and themstac what should I do; do I need to change the hose too?

have cooling system pressure checked for a leak may be ahead gasket and it's probably low on fluid check relays an d fuses under hood fuse box.

Ok I put fluids in the radiator but when squeeze the hose on the right side standing in front of the car fluids came from the bottom right side of the radiator but my fans don't come on.
