Will not turn over

Okay, went to start my car and the first time the engine turned over you could tell battery was about dead, so I went to start it again won't turn over. The fuse box under back seat clicks every time key is moved to start.

Good afternoon,

Start by checking the battery. This may all be from low voltage at the battery.
