Some of the pixels on my radio are out?
Why is that?
Can it be fixed? or do I need a new radio?

You're going to be held hostage by the dealer. BMW does not allow us to buy radio service manuals or parts for their products. They want all the repair work for themselves.

the radio is in the trunk area, you have a mid in the dash. that part you may find at www.realoem.com/bmw
