2002 BMW E46 water disappeared

hello sir's,

my name is amer, & i hope to advice me & clarify what i am facing is that a problem or not !!!

i have to add around 1.5 L of water every 4 days in my BMW 318CI (4 cylinder/ 12 valve) .

there is no leak detected, but the water disappeared i dont know why or how ??

is that a normal condition in such these types of engines or cars...or should i visit a work shop for trouble shooting ??

Could be a blown headgasket. Have the shop troubleshoot it
