gear won't change sometimes

I just rebuilt my BMW 745Li transmission but the gear won't change sometimes (2mostly) Im told it is the computer Well rebuilt the transmission but when Im drive for few minutes the car move slowly even i press the gas, the board said the transmission safe fail need to contact your BMW. Im told is the computer

Take it to a shop and have the computer scanned for both hard and soft codes.
