All light system went off, no dashboard light no signals and the headlight is on continuously

All light system in my 02 BMW 530i flashed for a minute and went off, no dashboard light no signals and the headlight is on continuously when I start the car, it seem the light switches not working. Please help

Do the headlights turn off when you shut off the engine?

Is the vehicle equipped with daytime running lights like most newer cars?

Check the battery and charging system.
