Antifreeze is leaking into cylinders 5 and 6. The car is smoking and running hot. Cooling system was tested and failed test. Cylinder head bolt was supposedly shaved down 1 month ago. A new radiator was also put on. Is there a short term cost effective remedy for this problem without replacing the engine?

Indeed there is. The head will need to be removed and the head gasket replaced and the block could be time-sert repaired.
