We tried a new motor a couple months ago but my boyfriend opted out for a cheap one, so I'm not sure if it is the motor again or if there is issue with the regulator? When you use the switch, it doesn't seem like it's even trying to move the window (no noise)

Check power at main switch pack, and door switch if fitted, start there.
