2002 BMW 318i Motor oil in the radiador

I got this car 6 Months ago from a friend after a Month later I did see Motor oil in the radiator and clean it out but it look like after time everything start all over. Today see picture under of all the motor oil removed 32 oz 6 Months later. Why this is happening? Please help for best solution to this problem

Are you certain it is motor oil and not trans fluid?
