Hi I washed my other half's car today, I washed it using fairy liquid I am now worried I didn't get all of it off, will it cause any damage? Please help

I feel that there will be no problem, but if you feel concerned run the car through a commercial car wash and the pressure jest will ensure all traces of this detergent will be removed.
