I have bought carbrain C168 scanner befor week , but it has not in work any car , it has showed error massege '' failed to communicate with the vehicle ECU '' Please tell me what is the problem.. please see below it..

Do you get that error message regardless of what vehicle you use it with? If so, it sounds like the scanner is bad.

It is showed suzuki every 2002 & pejero io 1999 ... but i think It is not supported most vehicle ,,,i bought it 22 nowember 2013.... are u think carbrain c168 is bad.... the seller said is he dont know. duo you see error massege..

A 2002 has the OBD2 system. Is the scanner for that type of system?

If it does't work on any car, are you sure the scanner is good? I never heard of that brand.

This is carbrain c 168 scanner.
