Can my defective car alarm be disconnected since mechanics in my town in Mexico cannot repair it? Is there a fuse or relay that can be removed so the car will operate without the alarm?

If it is a factory alarm, no. If it is aftermarket, yes, but I wouldn't have a schematic for the system to tell you how to remove it.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Too bad the salesman did not tell me that if I ever had a problem with the alarm and an ACURA DEALER and replacement parts were weeks away, you will not be able to drive your car by just disconnecting the alarm until it was repaired or replaced.
