I locked the cams in place with the cam lock tool on the back of the cams. I turned the crank 360 degrees with the cams locked into place. Did I possibly bend the valves by turning the crank by hand while the cams were locked in place?

My regular source does not list this as an interference engine. When turning the crankshaft by hand, if you go slowly, you should feel the sudden stop if a piston hits an open valve. You have to usually tug pretty hard to bend a valve by hand. That damage is usually done when cranking the engine with the starter or as it coasts to a stop right after the timing belt breaks.
