Car won't accelerate pass 10mph and has a knock noise when started up have replaced the accelerator pedal assembly anf cam sensor

Try cleaning the throttle body and remove the ETM and ECM fuses to reset the system while your cleaning the throttle. If you still have an issue or it comes back then your ETM will most likely need replacing. As for the knock at start up, does the car have oil in it?
