2001 Volvo V40 Car Turns Over Does Start Fuel Pressure Injectors Seem Let Thru

Car turns over but does not start, it has fuel pressure but the injectors seem to not let the fuel thru to the pistons. What controls the injectors and how do i check them?

Check the red wire on the injector harness for power-no power check fuse no.11 10amp and main relay -power present check camshaft sensor and computer injector ground driver circuit-
