I think I have a blown fuse but having a problem tracking it down.

I just purchased this 2001 S80. The car is in really good shape but there are a few bugs that need worked out, the sun roof isn't working. I cannot get the remotes to work and the door locks will lock the doors but will not unlock the doors. I just need to know where to start so I can repair the problem myself.

For the sunroof, check fuse # C34 in passenger compartment fuse box.

The doors not unlocking could be due to a wiring or switch problem. Did you try using the passenger door to lock and unlock to test if it works?

As to the remote, diagnostics are required to find the cause.

Trouble codes for all these could be stored in the control modules and the first thing you need to do is to get a scan done to find if anything is recorded.

I had to fix my sunroof on a 1999 S80 volvo, I took it off because mine wouldn't close and found debris within the sensors that won't close the sunroof because it's a feature that Volvo has for it, but id rather check the fuses first and make sure everything is good before taking off the sunroof.
