no sound is coming out of my speakers

when i turn my radio on it comes on but no sound comes out

All speakers wouldn't have gone bad at the same time. Therefore, remove the radio and check if all wiring is properly attached and it has a good ground. If they are, you may want to have the stereo checked at a shop. The amp may have gone bad.
