I'm turning the engine manually and l pull out #5 spark plug and notice theres oil in the cylinder almost to the opening for the spark plug to be. What would cause the oil to enter the cylinder. I check the dip stick on the engine oil looks like and the engine oil is fine.

This 01 s80 2.9 is, a non turbo l've set the cam timing marks and the crankshaft marks 20 percent. When l turn the engine manually the #5, #4, & #2 cylinders fill up with either oil or coolant. What could be causing either oil or coolant to enter those cylinders?
