cylinders fill up with either oil or coolant

l have a 2001 s80 2.9 non turbo volvo l've set both cam marks with the marks on the cover and the crankshaft mark at 20 percent. While turning the engine manually the #2 , #4, & #5 cylinders fill up with either oil or coolant. What could cause this cylinders to fill up with either oil or coolant?

A blown head gasket or a cracked cylinder head.
