When driving (mostly on freeway) RPM's jump back and forth 2000 to 2500. Car jumps a bit. I apply the same pressure to gas pedal, but rpms jump back and forth

Have it scanned for fault codes to see what codes you are getting? If you are feeling a surge then you could be having an issue with the turbo control valve failing. Once they start to stick it will cause the vehicle to*****/surge while under load (accelerating). If it feels like you have no power then you would need to inspect the vacuum lines from the turbo control valve to the waste gate. If the hose or "T" valve is broken it would be better to replace the vacuum hose as an assembly. keep us posted please and post the fault codes if you can.
