where is ignition module & crank sensore

where is ignition madule & crank sensore 01 VW 3.0 V6 passat

Everything I have checked shows no crank sensor and no ignition module. According to the schematics, the vehicle has 2 cam sensors. One is located on the front right cylinder head, behind the timing belt cover, and the other is on the left cylinder head. As far as the ignition module, that is controled by the ECM.

I know this is an old post, but in case someone else is reading this...

The crank sensor is located on the left bank, behind the oil filter.
