whats problem with heat had reverse flush and heat only lasts for a month each time

no heat ..had the heater reversed flush and it worked again each time but for only about a month or so before it stopped again. It just blew in cool air after that.

Heater core could be clogged-up or the air blend door is stuck in cold position and also stuck open thermostat
