MY PASSAT IS SPRAYING OIL ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE HOOD CAN U TELL ME THE PROBLEM?

WHEN I OPEN MY HOOD OIL IS EVERYWHERE AND THE DIPSTICK READS FULL!!!!

is the oil cap in place? check also the breather pipes

Make sure oil cap is on engine valve cover. if yes make sure dipstick is staying all the way in it's holder. do youknow if you have a turbo on this car? also is your steering and transmission fluid full?
