i got a flat tire and i stopped to change the tire when i got back into the car the car doesnt want to start up. it does have gas and it stutters but doesnt turn on does it have a fuel security switch like dodge? its like locked up what can it be? security, electrical, gas pump?

You will have to test for spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure first, get his done and report the findings for further assistance.
