is dash saying they are working? is it cold enough to need them? try unplugging ECT sensor and see if they get juice?

yes dash says there working yes its cold enough and were would i locate the ECT sensor ?

Glow plugs are not needed unless ambient temps are below 7c/44F
Make sure the engine "shut off flap" is not stuck closed due to too
much carbon build-up... as well as the rest of the intake manifold
being clogged with too much carbon.
Minimum 280 to 300 cranking rpm is needed for non glow plug ignition.
