I intend to buy a 2001 VW Golf 4 1.4 16v, I saw one and I was very excited about it, just have some questions ... the car owner did last month periodical technical inspection, the car did not seem to have problems at first soar as you put mileage instead of contact, I appear ~ ~ sERVICE owner said that my oil changed at 175000 miles and the car now has 188,000, otherwise the service book was written all periodic inspections conducted by opinion my time ... why should I fear?

Yes, why? Just get an oil change as the mileage for oil change is overdue.
