my car is heating up the cooling vans not working the small one i removed it bt now i dont know hw to remove the plastic from the motor tto see if the bushes r ok or not

Replace the fan as a complete assembly.

Usually low speed burns out... if high speed does not come on, then you have a pump or thermostat problem.

Check the water pump circulation first... you could have a bad water pump:

If flow is good but your bottom radiator hose is cold, then the thermostat is stuck closed.
