Very poor AM/FM radio reception with Sony Bluetooth audio system (MEXBT2700) installed. Would replacing the Antenna improve reception? If so...what Antenna would be best? THANKS!!!

I would first ensure that the antenna connections are clean and tight and that it is earthed soundly.
