should I have to change the water-pump when I renew the cambelt?

not really, but water pumps are not that much it wouldnt be a bad idea

what about the tennsioning parts, or can I get away with just a new belt?

yes it would be very smart to put new tennsioning commponets when changing the belt. alot of times that stuff fails when you dont, not always but alot of times it does.
