What parts should be replaced when doing a complete tune up

2001 Limited Toyota Tundra with 4.7 engine? Vehicle has 146000 miles and have replaced plugs but not sure what other parts should be replaced for a good tune up.

That's just it. There is no definition of "tune up" any more. Every vehicle is designed differently and requires different type components. These days there isn't much that gets changed purely for maintenance outside of the spark plugs and filters. The rest of the ignition is only changed when there is a problem.
