Hello,

I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra with a 3.4L. I let the truck sit for 3 days and when I got in it today to start it up I have no power at all when the key is turned to the on position or start position. When the key is in the off position the door adjar light is on but goes out when the key is turned to the on or start position. I replaces the battery today and I still do not have anything. I checked the main fuse in the fuse block and it looks good. What should I check next? Ignition switch, starter relay?

Check wiring to the main fuse box under the hood. Make sure battery terminals are clean, tight, and in good condition.

Jastad123, how many volts is the battery generating? Check the fuse panel, see if there is power present there, as well.
