2001 toyota tundra v8 4.7l 178,000 got a code p0171 running lean and o2 sensor heater element. I cleaned maf and briefly checked for vacuum leaks. Fuel filter has not been changed in 110,000 where do i start to find whats causing lean running i am thinking fuel filter..i need help

Start by changing the fuel filter.
