2001 Toyota Tundra Clunking Noise Frount End Suspention Think Had Lower Ball

I have a clunking noise in frount end suspention I think. I had lower ball joints, stabalizer links, rack&pinion,and new frame replaced.Checked upper ball joints, tie rod ball joints, coil over shouck all look tight.noise comes when goiing over rough road.Truck handles good,steering good,highway good,tire wear good! Need help!

Were the stabilizer bushes checked/replaced?

Were the bolts for control arms etc rtorqued?
