2001 Toyota Sienna At 95000 I Started Using Blended Oil, Now at 100000 I Have Gaskets

At 95000 I started using blended oil, now at 100000 I have gaskets leaking quite a bit, is this because of the blended oil or just a coincidence? If I go back to the regular oil do you think my leaks will slow down? Should I just get the gaskets replaced and continue to use blended, will it help the car?
