WHEN DRIVING THE SMELL OF CAR FUMES IS PRETTY STRONG AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE JUST RECENTLY PUT OIL IN THE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON

the red oil light??? do not drive it till you have it checked out or you may seize the motor.

the smell is a leak on the exhaust system. have that checked as well
