How to Toyota Echo 2001 Rear strut remove

Hi, I have Toyota Echo 2001 model. Now I want to change its rear struts. When I try to remove its upper nuts its cant remove, becos those nuts rotate with strut rode. How I overcome this issue and remove that uppre nuts ? is there any tools for hold that strut rode steadily ?

With the strut springs compressed with special spring compressors, you can often just take them off by using a set of vice clamps to hold the shaft or use an impact gun to take the nuts off, new struts normally have a milled square end or a hex socket insert to hold the shaft, do not use clamps on the new shaft to hold it.
