2001 Toyota Corolla Turn Signals/hazard lights inoperable

I've checked the fuses for the turn signal/hazard lights and they look ok. (two fusebox locations, under hood and left dashboard). Substituted spare fuses for both. Can you suggest? thanks

The electronic flasher is a good suspect. With the ignition switch on, one of the two parallel terminals in the socket should have 12 volts. If that is there, try a new flasher.
