I had my car change the oxygen sensor (bank 1 ) yesterday. It was working fine in the morning but just drove it and I can get more than 30 or less in milage. At time the car kept pulling back and reduce my speed even though I kept putting the gas. Also lately my car has been burning more oil than usual. My car was not yet due for oil change (2 more weeks) and the oil was completely gone. I had to put more until I can get to the near oil change store. My car is a toyota corolla 2001 about 135,000

Hello,

First you if you do not have any oil showing on the dipstick, add oil. Best way to go about it is add little at a time and check the dipstick till it reaches the correct level.
You do not want to drive on severely low oil as it can do major damages to the engine.
If the oil gets low enough it can seize the engine, which can be very difficult to fix.

For you to loose this much oil you could either have an oil leak or the engine is burring excessive oil.
Check for any leak under the vehicle.

Also does it have any smoke out of the tailpipe. Burning oil will crate blue smoke.
As the oil will enter the combustion chamber and that will create blue smoke.

As for the fuel mileage issue, scan the vehicle for trouble codes. That could point to the right direction.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
