P0133 Code wont go away!

Hello:

I have a code p0133 that wont go away. So, far I have replaced the following: 2 sensors before and after catalytic converter and before.Used Bosch brand and wasn't sure if it matters OEM denso ,or Bosch is fine.Also, I have replaced the catalytic converter and put a universal unit on. But the light with the description of : slow response bank 1 unit 1 will not go away. Can someone please advise what is going on with my baby car?

Check for an exhaust leak and inspect oxygen sensor wire for frayed/broken
