Wipers not turning off?

Hi team,

2021 Toyota Corolla Fielder (Model... TA - ZZE122G - AWMEK)

Wipers won't turn off. Having read some of the other advice, I have removed the fuse, which has stopped them.

So, assume this would indicate failed/faulty switch?

Is this likely the case?

And if yes, advice please on where/how to access the switch and perform the replacement

This could be the switch or the wiper motor to be sure which one it is here is a guide to help test the blu/blk and blu/wht for power when the switch is off, if either of them have power when the witch is off the switch is bad, and if no power the wiper motor is bad.
