I have a 2001 toyota corolla I Baught it maybe 20 days a go it was working fine until I was sitting in my house and my horn was going off shortly after that my stero headlights and interior light went out . 90% of the time now the car won't shut off and I have to pull the fuse for the fuel pump to shut it off it starts and runs fine but when I do turn it off my dash lights stay on and I can use heater wipers when the cars off

It sounds like a bad ignition switch. Have you checked that?

The switch is the only thing off the top of my head can think of because it provides power to several different components which allow the engine to run. I don't usually say this, but you may need to have it looked at by a auto electrical tech.
