I want to find if at start up especially in the mornings where is the 1000 RPM meter reading should be? I most times see it between the 2 and 1 mark reading. But as the temperature rises so also the reading descends towards the 1 mark. Is this a normal phenomenon or is there a problem? Thank you

4/6/8 cyls -The curb idle speed should be 650-750 rpm, yes its normal for about 5 secs between 900-1300 rpms then drops to curb idle-
